About the event
An outdoor activity that invites children to explore and understand their emotions in a simple and natural way.
Colored sticks, hidden around the space, represent different emotions.
As children find them, they are challenged to identify what they feel, share experiences, and discover strategies to deal with those emotions.
Through exploration, movement, and contact with nature, it promotes emotional awareness, expression of feelings, and the development of self-regulation.
AGE RANGE: 5 to 10 years told
Children must be accompanyed by an adult at all times.
